Where are your clothes made?

All of our clothing and accessories are designed and ethically made here in the UK, in either our Birmingham or Barnsley studio!

How will my order be packaged?

We aim to ship out all orders as sustainably as possible.

• We use uncoated paper swing tags which can be fully recycled. They are attached to your garment with cotton string is that is Oeko TEX certified and will biodegrade over time, and sometimes a metal pin which you can reuse.

• Our individual garment bags are plastic free and made from potato starch. They’re EN13432 compliant, meaning they will disintegrate in 12 weeks, and then biodegrade in 6 months in industrial compost units, and longer with domestic composting.

• Orders are sent out in our paper mailers. They are fully recyclable, biodegradable, plastic free and made from sustainably sourced materials.

What does pre-order mean?

Sometimes we open up a pre-order before the release or restock of a product. This is either because the product is currently in production and will be ready with only a few days delay, or it is a product that is in high demand so you can secure it while they’re still getting made.

Pre-order times can vary by product but this will be specified on the product page.

If the item is a pre-order, it’ll be made clear before you add it to your bag.

What does made to order mean?

Some of our items are made to order so that we do not overproduce. By only making these select items when they are ordered, we can make the exact sizes and quantities needed, which in turn will reduce our waste. The fabric and trims are ready to go in our studio, so as soon as you place your order we will get started on making it.

Made to order products will be shipped out within 10 working days.

If the item is made to order, it’ll be made clear before you add it to your bag.

Will items come back into stock?

If you see an item still on our website that is completely sold out, that means that we are working on bringing it back in stock. The only items we do not restock are the ones on sale.

If you click on the sold out product and select your size, you can sign up to be notified when it returns.

How do I know my size?

Please refer to our size guide, as well as the individual product pages where you will see the items modelled on three different sized models to help you decide.

If you are still unsure you can contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders, apart from any with a pre-order or made to order item, that are placed on weekdays before 12pm GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be shipped on the next working day.

Can I return or exchange my order?

You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You must first fill out a returns request as we cannot process your return without it.

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges at this time, but you can place a new order with the correct size(s) / item(s).

What are your payment options?

We accept all the major cards networks - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover and UnionPay.

We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. And you can pay in 4 interest free instalments with Clearpay.

Can I see reviews?

We have recently added a reviews function to our website so it might take a while for these to accumulate! You can see these reviews on the individual product pages which are left by verified customers.

After we fulfil your order, you will get an email 14 days later with an invitation to leave a review. These are super helpful not only for our customers but also for us as a brand, so please do leave us one if you get the chance!
