Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, we unfortunately won’t be able to process your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the swing tags still attached.

All returns must be pre-authorised by filling in a returns request form before sending your item(s) back to us. We cannot process your return without this.

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Face masks

• Custom products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• If any import duties or taxes are required to be paid by us on return of an international order, then that amount will be deducted from the refund.

You will notified before we proceed with a partial refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have begun processing your refund. Unless your order contains exempt items or items which require a partial refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days. We will contact you separately if there are any issues with the item(s) we have received.


If you believe you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Our refunds will appear on your bank statement as “ORIUSU LTD”.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In which case, please send us an email at beforehand. Other exchanges due to sizing, style or colour choices are unfortunately not available at this time. Please return your item as normal and then manually reorder your desired item.


We do not offer free returns at this time and so you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item(s) reach us safely. We are not responsible for any damages or loses during return transit.

We cannot cover import duties and taxes on returns from outside the UK.
